1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sophie CRM ("the Service"), operated by Stratos X Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
2. Description of Service
Sophie CRM is a customer relationship management platform that provides outreach automation, email sequencing, contact management, AI-assisted email composition, and related tools. The Service is intended for business and professional use only.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Stratos X Technologies is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) send unsolicited bulk email (spam); (b) violate any applicable law or regulation, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or CASL; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content; (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or (f) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Gmail and Email Integration
Sophie CRM integrates with Gmail and other email services via OAuth 2.0. By connecting your email account, you grant Sophie CRM permission to send emails on your behalf as directed by you. Sophie CRM will only send emails that you explicitly compose or schedule through the platform. We do not access, read, or store the contents of your inbox beyond what is necessary to provide the Service. Our use of data obtained through Gmail APIs complies with Google's Limited Use requirements.
6. Subscription and Billing
Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law. Stratos X Technologies reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are the exclusive property of Stratos X Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. STRATOS X TECHNOLOGIES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRATOS X TECHNOLOGIES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS OF THIS APPLICATION ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OUTCOMES, RESULTS, OR CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THIS APPLICATION OR ANY FEATURES IMPLEMENTED WITHIN IT. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stratos X Technologies and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stratos X Technologies is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
